Beth Bedell operates and manages the investigative side of our business deploying 20 years of field investigation and management experience, specializing in insurance fraud surveillance, record searches, locates, and subpoena service. She has logged thousands of hours conducting video surveillance. Her professional approach to each investigation and commitment to our clients are what makes us “Best in Class.”

 

T.J. Menke, a USMC veteran, has over 16 years in Corporate Loss Prevention. His experience and accomplishments have made him a known figure in the Loss Prevention Community. Throughout his career Menke has conducted over 5,000 internal cold interviews, countless external theft investigations up to and including multi-million-dollar Organized Retail Crime Cases, hundreds of Human Resource investigations, resulting in being awarded some of the highest Loss Prevention Awards in the industry for Internal Theft resolution, Shrink Reduction, and Customer Focus.

Together, Bedell and Menke have managed the External Fraud and Investigation Prosecution and Support Teams for the largest class-action court ordered settlement program in the history of the United States. They are values-driven partners who have built this company on the core fibers of treating our employees, family, and clients as one in the same.  With their degrees and background in Criminal Justice and Business and Human Resource Management, they have developed a proven track record as being well-rounded professionals who will be there to provide intelligent solutions in a sometimes unpredictable market.
